Your responsibilities at Simson Power Tools GmbH a part of Rehobot AB:
- Laying the foundation for a well-functioning and future-ready organization in the German market
- Acquisition of new customers and development of long-term business relationships
- Support and expansion of our key accounts
- Development and responsibility for specific industries or application areas
- Revenue and profit responsibility for assigned customers
- Development and implementation of customer strategies and plans
- Collaboration with head offices in Sweden and our subsidiaries, development, innovation
- Representation, networking, and acquisition at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
What you bring
- A degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong goal orientation, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Technical interest and enthusiasm for innovative solutions
- Hands-on mentality, initiative, and the ability to turn creative ideas into tangible results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ideally, you live in some part of Germany close to the bigger industry areas but are willing to travel and work regularly all over Germany
